The buttons for controlling audio demo volume, allowing loop playback of demos, and opening the folder of the demo are removed. There is an option in the button menu to play the song, not the audio demo, when double-clicking on a style. You can now use the button to load a demo song for the current style. There is a (demo options) button that shows a menu to set demo options. The green button to play the audio demo is renamed to and it's now located above the list. The and buttons are also moved to above the list. The button is renamed to and it's now located above the list. You can also use the Chord Builder to exclude the Utility tracks from rests, shots, and holds. For example, if you type C.u1, all tracks except the Utility #1 track will rest. And if you want to exclude the Utility tracks from rests, shots, and holds, you can use u1 to u16 for Utility #1 to Utility #16. Rests, shots, and holds now work for the Utility tracks. Shots, Rests and Holds for Utility Tracks The Plugin will use Band-in-a-Box chord recognition functions to process the MIDI file and write the chords to the Chord Sheet. You CAN use Sidecar in the Mac mini settings to connect to an 2021 12 in. I tried a dual monitor and tablet setup and it didn't work. REMEMBER, the Mac mini ONLY supports 2 monitors- so that means your tablet and one more monitor. You may need to restart your Mac mini a few times, or do other things like maybe unplug and plug back in the USB cable on the left side of the tablet once for those messages to keep coming up so you can allow them. You will have to unlock the lock in your settings. For each message that pops up, open up your preferences in your Mac mini settings, and allow what the messages say. Only the top left of the tablet will give the tablet 4K. To get 4K out of the tablet, use the Wacom USB to USB cable that comes with the tablet and plug one end into the top left of the tablet, and the other end into either of the Mac mini Thunderbolt ports. Plug the power cord into the right side of the tablet. I have the Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 in and the 2020 M1 Mac mini running Big Sur. For drawing with iPad as a drawing monitor for Mac, I recommend Luna Display/Astropad. Sidecar is also more fast than under Intel, but the difference isn't as pronounced as is with Luna, and the Pencil pressure is still very wrong anyway Luna/Astropad is much faster and better, both in Intel or M1. Now I can use it with Retina resolution at 60fps. Luna Display/Astropad Standard is also much snappier than before. The only software which don't work correctly is Paintstorm Studio, the entire UI is full of glitches Realistic Paint Studio (the other app from the same creator of Paintstorm Studio) works ok. All apps seems fast as Procreate on iPad. And almost all apps are running under Rosetta 2. I come from a Mini 2018, but the difference seems more than "only 2 years CPU difference", much much more. Clip Studio Paint (it's M1 native) it's like a ricochet, it starts almost instantly. Even drawing on iPad apps with my Intuos Pro (Infinite Painter, it's updated to work with M1 Mac).Įverything it's pretty snappier, specially Corel Painter 2021 (which on Intel is slow when you have some amount of layers) and Artrage 6 (which have slowdowns in tasks like creating or reordering layers). I had to remove it and install again on Privacy settings, but it worked.Įverything seems OK. As OP described, the current Wacom Driver work.
